Chest - Wrap the tape measure around your chest just beneath your bust.

Bust - Measure underneath your arms around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist - Measure around the smallest part of your waist, just above the belly button. The tape should fell comfortable - not too tight.

Hip - Measure around the largest part of your lower hip and bum below the hip bone.
