Description
For too long riders have been faced with expensive limited options for Standard King Pin trucks when riding wider decks that require 159mm trucks. We at Mindless decided to change that. A larger truck with good geometry shouldn’t cost double.
The Gothic is one of three completes that feature our exclusive 159mm Gen-X trucks.
It’s the longest and widest deck of the three at 33.5” x 9.25”.
Stable with plenty of foot space for carving hard & stomping flyouts. Equally a great commuter / cruiser, with a traditional 7ply Canadian Maple construction, it’s happy in every situation. Fitted with 86a Sucka wheels it can handle some rougher terrain than your conventional skateboard.

Super happy with this board! I’m a new to skateboarding and wanted a board that I could getting cruising on pretty easily and this has been perfect! Great for carving turns and rolls over some of the rougher paths around where I live easily. Will definitely buy from rollersnakes again
Great board for me after riding a couple of longboards and wanting something smaller and easier to cruise around.
Wheels are fairly firm, but still capable of getting around on most paths.
Overall really happy with my purchase and I've enjoyed riding it loads.

Great price and great board
I bought this one as I have a popsicle board that I love, but it just wasn't working for riding around on due to the bad paths by me, and I didn't want the hassle of swapping the wheels around when I wanted to cruise and then swapping back for tricks. This was on sale, do I decided to go for it.
I was worried that the wheels would be too small to go over the cracks in the path, but it's fine! I have a lot of bumpy paths near me, and this just rolls over them (although you do feel the bumps, they just don't throw you off). At one point I rolled over a stone the size of an apricot, and the wheel was still able to handle it! It's no good on cobblestones, but other than that, it can handle most paths.
It is heavy to carry due to its size, but that's fine as I can just ride it basically everywhere so I don't have to carry it. The shape means you can still do kick turns and stuff easily, although it's a bit harder than on my other board just because of the extra weight.
I had a slight issue with the bearings when it arrived, but I emailed Roller Snakes and they were so helpful, immediately apologising and sending out new bearings. Excellent customer service!
Overall, this is a brilliant board that I'd definitely recommend. It's great as an all-rounder, as it's more versatile for tricks and stuff than a regular cruiser, but handles paths better than a popsicle board. The trucks were a bit tight when it arrived, but I just loosened it a bit with my skate tool and it was good to go.
Ok, so it's been about 35yrs since I last boarded but my youngest son has got into it, I always loved it so decided to join him and grab a bargain! The set up is great, I wanted something I could get cruising on quite easily to start with and this fitted the bill. Big board, lovely wheels and bearings, smooth and quiet. Loving it so far.
This board is blissful to ride, glides over any bumpy surface like as if it was smooth. Also for £40 in the sale its a conplete bargain but if you're reading this when its back to £130 full price it is still absolutely worth it. Arrived quickly and good condition, postage was signed for so they can ensure nobody steals it. Would definately reccomend

I'll be 50 in a few years so after getting back into skating with the new skatepark being built a normal sided board just felt too twitchy. I tried a wider board but figured I needed something longer and not wanting to spend too much to figure out what I wanted, I bought this. It's a 16" wheelbase not whatevers advertised, I've changed to stiffer bushings on the trucks as I'm close to 100kg and put on some harder wheels better suited to the skatepark. I can ollie more comfortably and higher and just feel more confident on it. I'll probably try a 15"-16" wheelbase deck next.
Speedy delivery from rollersnakes upto Aberdeenshire and asked for a review more than a week after once I'd got a feel for the board. I'd happily buy from them again, unless my local shop stock something more suited to my phatt azz. Cheers Fraz

It's well sick, just as good as my board I built myself, for a quater the price, Can go over any road, even on the uk wjere the roads are terrible, good for transition skating amd just riding about

Bought at £35 and it was an absolute steal. Great wide board, decent enough components, nice shape. Minor quibble is that it should be listed as 9.25" and not 9"
Absolutely rock solid deck and for the price, it's amazing value
9.25" complete for £35 was a no brainer. Only complaints would be that the standard bushings are far too soft for me and the grip tape is not stuck down properly in parts. Still rides smooth and stable. Much better with some hard bushings in there though.
Got this as a larger option for friends/cruiser/filming. Again.. for the price I paid - super soft wheels, good abec 7 bearings, hollow kingpin.

Decided to give skate boarding a go in my 40s. This is spot on for returning to boarding. Much wider and longer with more forgiving wheels. Spot on to get back into balance and cruising. Service was top drawer from Roller snakes. Arrived very quickly. Bought the wife one aswell 🤘
This is awesome for an old 6'3" ex skater who just wants to do some playing around!

Great board for a 40 something year old who’s returning to skating! Love the old school shape and the wheels are as smooth as butter! Definitely need to tighten the trucks up a little personally though 👍
This is my first board as I’m just starting to learn. It’s a perfect size 👍🏻 feeling confident learning and a big part is down to the quality of the board!
