Vans DjJRocket Jam Pullover Hoodie Black - Kids

I ordered two Vans hoodies for my twin grandsons, which were great, but the sizes run very small, so they had to be exchanged. (The size recommended for 10 yr olds would possibly fit a 6-7 yr old). Having said that, Rollersnakes service in resolving this was excellent; fast, friendly and extremely efficient. They replied to my query within 10 mins, the process for returning the hoodies was quick and easy and the replacements were with me within a week. Brilliant service!
